At Stowe Family Law, we know that great work happens when people feel supported, valued, and able to bring their whole selves to work. That’s why mental health and wellbeing are at the heart of our culture.

Wellbeing at Stowe

Our enhanced benefits package reflects the fact that wellbeing looks different for everyone. It includes:
• Paid time off for volunteering
• Flexible Bank Holidays, so you can swap for days that matter most to you
• Paid wellness days
• Support from Carers UK
• Access to resources through our wellbeing partners (Employee assistance programme, Wisdom app, Peppy Health – dedicated menopause support)

Mental Health and Wellbeing Group

Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Group works in partnership with our People and Culture team to challenge stigma, encourage open conversations, and create a workplace where colleagues can thrive.

Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Group

The group is made up of colleagues across the firm who act as Wellbeing Champions. Their role is to:

  • Encourage positive mental health across our teams
  • Offer a safe, confidential space to talk and signpost to further support
  • Share ideas with senior leaders and highlight emerging issues
  • Work alongside other colleague groups to make Stowe a great place to work for everyone

Our Mental Health Champions are approachable peers who are trained by Mental Health First Aid England to listen, empathise and provide a key signposting role to those who need external support
