We are also very proud of our bespoke leadership programmes which run on a rolling basis being refined and adapted to the ongoing needs of the business and as well as leaders and future leaders. These programmes combine face to face and online learning with the opportunity to work with a coach, really focussing on those critical business skills which we think all great leaders ought to have. The sessions look at what it means to be a leader at Stowe as well as providing more practical support.
We work with external trainers and coaches who deliver sessions alongside our internal People team and other specialists to ensure participants really get the most from the programme.
