Stowe is on a journey of inclusion, looking to grow diverse teams and make sure everyone feels welcome and able to be their true self.

We started with our colleague network, our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging group (DIB) who worked alongside our people team to introduce initiatives including:


  • Flexible Bank Holidays
  • Increased education and awareness through our intranet site
  • The collection of diversity data
  • Partnership with Inclusive Employers


As a member of Inclusive Employers we have been able to take further steps in our journey to make Stowe a welcoming place to work for a diverse workforce:


  • We have created our commitment statement to clearly share the ways we promise to make change (this is below)
  • We have updated our values to reflect our commitment to DEI
  • We have amended some of our recruitment practices for example introducing blind cv screening
  • We are putting more structure around our colleague groups to ensure everyone’s voice is heard
