Welcome To Our Junior Hub Day!
What is this you ask?
It’s a newly created initiative where all the junior Family lawyers from our London & South East region come together on the last Friday of every month. It’s a fantastic opportunity to collaborate, share ideas, attend internal webinars, and socialise – all while strengthening relationships across the region.
With our teams working across multiple locations, the networking days provide an excellent opportunity to bring everyone together. Team collaboration is in our DNA, and this is a fantastic way to build on that. It’s becoming a much-anticipated date in the calendar, and let’s face it, the copious amounts of pizza also helps!

We build internal connections, bounce ideas off each other, and motivate one another. It’s great – you really feel like a family with the wider support from your colleagues across the region.”
Laura Williams, Associate, London – “So far, on Junior Hub days we’ve covered topics such as how to handle complaints with confidence, how to work efficiently, how to build rapport with clients and so much more. It is a great way of learning how to develop our soft skills as junior lawyers, and it allows us a chance to discuss tricks and skills with others in the team. I think a lot of the juniors enjoy the support that it brings, as you come to realise that everyone often has the same questions as you; you know that you’re not alone!
Of course, it doesn’t go without saying that one of the highlights of Junior Hub days is the amount of pizza that is consumed by us all. It is really a good way to reflect on the month that has passed, and get to spend time with junior colleagues in the wider team, and enjoy a Friday afternoon.”
