A Senior Associate role that actually feels different…

Most Senior Associate roles promise the same things: interesting work, good clients and supportive teams. In reality, many still come with rigid structures, limited progression and a culture that hasn’t quite moved with the profession.

At Stowe, this role has been designed differently.

It’s built around trust and flexibility. Seniors have genuine autonomy over how and where they work – the focus for us is on delivering great outcomes for clients, not being seen at a desk.

Progression is another key difference.

There’s no fixed mould you’re expected to fit into. Whether you want to deepen your technical expertise, step into leadership, or shape the direction of a team, there’s space and support to do that and a clear path to get there.

Support matters too.

With dedicated admin, marketing and business support teams, Senior Associates are free to focus on their clients, rather than being weighed down by non-fee-earning tasks. Oh, and you’re part of one of the largest specialist family law teams in the UK, so collaboration and shared knowledge are part of everyday working life.

And while the work is demanding (as family law always is) wellbeing isn’t treated as an afterthought. We know the realities of the role and support our people however we can.

I have almost 15 years’ experience in talent acquisition and I'm passionate about all things hiring. I enjoy sharing insights on family law, all things recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing. Subscribe below to receive our latest newsletters.
