Stowe are the largest family law firm and we’re also the fastest growing in the UK.

So what?

Well, for you, that means that there are more growth opportunities to learn and progress your career. Read about Maria’s time with us here.

It means we invest significant amounts to be at the forefront of innovation both in client experience and how you will practice family law. We like to challenge the traditional way family law has been practiced.

We only practice family law, so we understand the intricacies of family law down to the smallest detail. Every part of our process, every colleague and ever business decision we make focuses solely on client service and employee experience.

Wellness, flexibility and work-life balance are a huge issue within family law. We’ve a refreshing, mature culture underpinned by additional wellness days, mental health champions in every office, realistic targets, significant support, employee assistance programmes and flexibility. Hear more about it, here.

Requirements

  • It’s likely you’re a Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor within family that’s frustrated because of a lack of progression opportunities, flexibility or challenge
  • You’ll be comfortable leading your own caseload of divorce, finance and children cases with support from the team
  • You’re ambitious, you want to progress your career and you want to develop
  • You understand the need for empathy and sensitivity for clients going through an incredibly difficult period

We know how small the family law sector is, so if you’re interested in a confidential, informal chat, call Charlie Elsworth on 07719422590

You don't need a cv to apply, simply fill out the 3 fields and a copy of your LinkedIn profile. Alternatively, if you're sending a cv, help reduce negative, unconscious bias by leaving out your picture, age and other unnecessary information. We only want to know the merits which make you great for this role.
